Kifunguomali (41)Chief Executive OfficerMr Kifunguomali holds a Master’s Degree in International Business from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, 2014, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics degree in Project Planning and Management from Mzumbe University, 2007. He started his career with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Tourism before joining NBC Bank and LAPF Pensions Fund. Prior to his current role, he was Head of the Planning Section with the Public Service Social Security Pensions Fund (PSSSF) since September 2018. He also sat on the Company Board from July 2017 to June 2019. Mr. Kifunguomali combines his extensive education and multifaceted experience to steer the company towards continued success, making him an invaluable member of TICL’s leadership team. |

Mr. Joel Chikoma (36)Head of Finance and InvestmentMr. Chikoma holds a Master's degree in International Business from the University of Dar es Salaam and is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP). With over a decade of experience in finance and accounting, he has previously worked with TANROADS and World Vision International before joining our company in 2015. Mr. Chikoma is a key figure in shaping TICL’s financial strategy and managing investments, contributing significantly to the Company's fiscal health. |

Ms. Rose Aloyce Osima (40 years – Tanzanian)Manager Support Function IT, HR & AdministrationMs Osima holds a degree in Information and Communication Technology (B.Sc. ICT) from the Open University Tanzania. She is also a holder of a certificate in Computing and Information Technology from the University of Dar- es-Salaam Computing Centre 2008, a diploma in Computer Science from the University of Dar-es-Salaam. She joined the Company in 2008 as an IT Assistant-cum-Secretary. As the Manager of Support Functions, Ms. Osima's diverse skill set, educational background, and years of dedicated service make her a key asset in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT, HR, and Administration functions. |
