Mr Peter W. Kifunguomali - Tanzania

Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Peter Kifunguomali is an accomplished investment and business strategist with extensive experience in finance, corporate planning, and project management. He holds a Master’s Degree in International Business from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi (2014), and a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a focus on Project Planning and Management from Mzumbe University (2007). His career began at the Ministry of Natural Resources and Tourism, where he gained valuable insights into economic development and resource management. He later transitioned to the financial sector, working with NBC Bank and LAPF Pensions Fund, where he developed his expertise in investment management, pension administration, and strategic planning. Before assuming his current role as Chief Executive Officer of AFRIPRISE Investments PLC, Mr. Kifunguomali served as the Head of the Planning Section at the Public Service Social Security Fund (PSSSF) since September 2018. He also acquired board-level governance experience as a Member of the AFRIPRISE Board from July 2017 to June 2019, which provided him with a deep understanding of the company’s operations and long-term vision. Under his leadership, AFRIPRISE has strengthened its position as a key player in Tanzania’s investment landscape. His ability to drive growth, foster innovation, and execute strategic initiatives makes him a vital force in advancing the company's mission and creating sustainable value for shareholders.

Mr. Joel Chikoma - Tanzania

Head of Finance and Investment
Mr. Chikoma holds a Master's degree in International Business from the University of Dar es Salaam and is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP). With over a decade of experience in finance and accounting, he has previously worked with TANROADS and World Vision International before joining our company in 2015. Mr. Chikoma is a key figure in shaping TICL’s financial strategy and managing investments, contributing significantly to the Company's fiscal health.

Ms. Rose Aloyce Osima – Tanzanian

Manager Support Function IT, HR & Administration
Ms Osima holds a degree in Information and Communication Technology (B.Sc. ICT) from the Open University Tanzania. She is also a holder of a certificate in Computing and Information Technology from the University of Dar- es-Salaam Computing Centre 2008, a diploma in Computer Science from the University of Dar-es-Salaam. She joined the Company in 2008 as an IT Assistant-cum-Secretary. As the Manager of Support Functions, Ms. Osima's diverse skill set, educational background, and years of dedicated service make her a key asset in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT, HR, and Administration functions.

Ms. Nancy C. Msisi – Tanzanian

Assistant Officer HR &ADM
Ms. Nancy C. Msisi joined the Company in April 2017 from EXIM Bank as an Office Management Assistant, (OMA). Ms. Msisi held the following qualifications: Diploma in Marketing, from Macmaine School of Business and Computing. She completed High School, at Crane High School in Uganda 2007.
