Ms. Osima holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Accountancy Arusha and a Bachelor’s degree in Information and Communication Technology (B.Sc. ICT) from the Open University of Tanzania. She also holds a Certificate in Computing and Information Technology from the University of Dar es Salaam Computing Centre (2008) and a Diploma in Computer Science from the University of Dar es Salaam.

Ms. Osima is serving as the Manager of Support Functions, IT, HR and Administration. Ms. Osima’s diverse skill set, strong educational background, and years of dedicated service make her a key asset in ensuring the smooth operation of the Company’s IT, HR, and Administration functions.
